Stephanie brings over 10 years of property management experience. A Vermont native, she oversees apartment operations and the short-term rental portfolio, helping residents and guests enjoy well-maintained homes.

Accounts Receivable
Denise manages accounts receivable and works closely with tenants on rent collection. She brings a helpful, approachable attitude and has called Vermont home since graduating from St. Michael’s College.
